Margo’s Mode offers 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, Margo’s orders may experience slight delays. 

Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $30 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For orders totaling less than $30, there is a delivery charge of $5 for Standard Day shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Margo’s is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday – Friday, excluding national and international holidays within Cameroon. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. 

For your convenience, you will see the expected delivery date for your order when you select a delivery option, on the Order Confirmation page, on the Order Details page, and on the Order Confirmation email.

Returns Policy

We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from Margo’s. Sometimes, however, there might be reasons why you wish to return your products.

If you are not completely satisfied with a Margo’s purchase, for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Products must be returned in a new or fairly used condition. Margo’s monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Margo’s in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Margo’s discretion.

Margo’s Purchases purchases can be easily returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) to any of our Margo’s locations for fast processing or by mail. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error. Please, allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your products were damaged in transit, we request that you report them to us within 3 business days. Please, inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If products are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the delivery stating the damage or refuse to accept the parcel. Once the damaged goods have been received, we’ll send out replacements.

We will always refund or replace any damaged or faulty item free of charge.

Refund & Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on any of our products. That means you get a chance to try them out over a decent period of time and can get your money back if you’re not happy with the results.

Please note, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, and refunds can only be issued for products purchased on our website. 

The guarantee applies to the first time you order a particular product and for one item only; we cannot refund multiple items of the same product, buy-two-get-one-free offers, or repeat purchases.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Canceling Your Order

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

A full refund for the cost of the product being canceled, not including the original postage, will be authorized upon our receipt of your cancellation notification.

It is your responsibility to return the goods to Margo’s, in the same condition that you received them, following cancellation, and the cost of postage to return the item/s is also your responsibility and will not be refunded.

Importantly, the goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of the cancellation.
