Shipping & Delivery
- Which shipping options are available and what are the costs?
For items available for immediate purchase, you may select from the following shipping services.

|Standard Day Shipping (Orders under $30)||$5|
Your order will be shipped within the same business day if the order is placed by 4 PM on the same day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is placed. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9 AM – 8 PM.
- Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?
For security reasons, an adult signature is required upon delivery. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, Contact Us and indicate who will receive the product on your behalf.
Orders & Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal, and Mobile Money (MTN & Orange).
- Can I use multiple methods of payment?
At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.
- Can I change/cancel my order?
Unfortunately, as per our refunds & returns policy, we are unable to cancel any orders once they have been placed. If you are still unhappy when you receive your items, you can return the item to us via our Shipping page.
- How can I track my order status?
Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where you will find a link to track your order. In order to check the status of your shipment, just click on the link. You will also have the option of opting in for SMS tracking updates. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered.
- Can discount codes be used during promotional periods?
Discount codes are not valid on already reduced items and during promotional periods.
- I just placed my first order but forgot to apply my first order discount code. Can I still apply the code after my order is processed?
If your discount does not apply at checkout, or if you forget to apply it, we are unable to rectify this once the order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
- I’m not completely satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Yes, you can. Please, see our Returns Policy for details.
- I entered the wrong address on my order. Can I change it?
As there is a small window between when you place your order and our warehouse team picking and dispatching it, we are sometimes unable to change an address once the order has been placed. If you have entered the wrong address, please give our customer service team a call at (237) 677 34 57 52 to see if they are able to catch it before it is on its way!
